FEEDING THOSE WHO HAVE FED US

Our team here at Jason Bentley Agency is committed to doing whatever it takes to fight hunger issues in our local area. Cabarrus Meals on Wheels’ mission is to deliver one nutritious hot meal per day during the week to people who are unable to prepare meals for themselves and who have no caretaker to do it for them. We believe what Cabarrus Meals on Wheels is doing to assist our most vulnerable neighbors is incredibly admirable! We intend to continue to assist them in achieving their challenging goals of enhancing food access and reducing hunger in our community.

Since 1974, Cabarrus Meals on Wheels has been delivering wholesome, nutritious meals to seniors and people with disabilities five days a week. Seniors in need are visited by volunteers who deliver meals and check on their safety in Kannapolis, Concord, and the surrounding areas. 90% of the senior clients served by Cabarrus Meals on Wheels are low-income and rely on them for the food they eat. Without this program, the majority of the senior citizens in our community would go without nutritious meals. That’s unacceptable.

There are many ways to help Cabarrus Meals on Wheels and our community members in need, whether it be through food, cash donations, or volunteer work. Are you interested in joining us to change people’s lives? Because here’s the best part: It won’t cost you a dime! Every time you recommend a friend to us for a quote, we will donate $10 to this worthy cause on your behalf!

So, how many people do you know who would like to help feed our community’s hungry seniors AND save money on their insurance at the same time?

For The Children of Tomorrow!

Children who are abused often cannot recognize what’s happening around them. In many cases, even if a child feels uncomfortable, they tend to act out differently, which their caretakers can easily misinterpret.

In the United States, millions of child abuse allegations are filed yearly. It is quite worrisome to be a part of a society where innocent lives are held captive to such crimes.

At Jason Bentley Agency, we recognize the urgency of this prevalent issue. Therefore, we have decided to stand against abuse by supporting Prevent Child Abuse Rowan (PCAR) in its mission to end the cycle of abuse.  We aim to create awareness of these tragedies happening every day in our nation.

As advocates for wellness and giving, we are proud to be working alongside PCAR to bring about a positive change within our community. If you would like to support us in our mission to protect our children, all you need to do is recommend your friends, family, and co-workers to receive a no-obligation insurance quote from us, and we’ll donate $10 for each! All funds raised during our Community Cause Campaign will go to the Prevent Child Abuse Rowan (PCAR) organization. After all,  a nation’s strength of tomorrow depends on its children’s state of today!

Raise Your Voice Against Hunger!

Individuals and families scattered across North Carolina lack access to nutritious, hot meals every day. The issue is substantial, but just how bad is it? North Carolina ranks 10th on the list of hungriest states in the nation, with over 1.5 million households not knowing when their next meal may be.

Here at Jason Bentley Agency, we are committed to addressing hunger issues throughout our local area. Thankfully, in our community, Cabarrus Meals on Wheels is on a mission to provide one well-balanced hot meal a day each weekday to individuals who cannot prepare meals for themselves and have no one to prepare one hot meal a day for them. Our agency values what Cabarrus Meals on Wheels is doing to assist our most vulnerable neighbors and continue to support its ambitious mission to improve food access and relieve hunger.

Cabarrus Meals on Wheels is a nonprofit organization that provides homebound seniors and individuals with disabilities a well-balanced, nutritious meal five days a week. 90% of the senior clients served by Cabarrus Meals on Wheels are low-income and rely on them for food. Most of our community’s senior citizens would be deprived of nutritional and balanced meals without this program.

Whether it is food, money, or time, there are many ways to give to Cabarrus Meals on Wheels and our neighbors in need. If you haven’t done so already, consider joining the family of supporters at this noble organization to make a life-changing contribution. When you recommend someone to us for a quote, we offer to donate $10 on your behalf! So, how many names can you give us?

The Power of Community

Human connection is fundamental to our well-being. Psychology Today reported in 2016 that “the lack of such connections can lead to many problems, including loneliness.” This type of lack can be especially detrimental when a person or family is in dire need of essential services.

Luckily, Main Street Marketplace and Meeting Place exists as that connection for many people in our community. This magnificent organization has made it its mission to “build bridges of mutual understanding and respect to empower all individuals to experience God’s vision of a beautiful life.” Through their efforts, they have aided countless individuals in our area to grow as individuals.

At our agency, we truly believe in the power of community and it is for that reason that we have committed to donating $10 on your behalf to Main Street for every single recommendation you send our way that receives a no-obligation quote! With your help, we can bring the true meaning of community to life!

A Child’s Smile? Priceless: Bringing Joy to Children in Need
A Child’s Smile.jpg

It’s the holiday season again, and amidst the fanfare and the pumpkin spice lattes, parents all over America will be struggling to provide for their families. For many children, it’s difficult to understand why their holiday might be different from friends or what they see in the movies. I mean, could you explain to Billy and Susy why they won’t get any presents this year when they know they’ve been good?

The Marine Corps Reserve outreach initiative known as Toys for Tots brings joy to millions of children across America every year by making sure families can have gifts under their trees. Toys for Tots collects and purchases books, games, and of course, toys of all kinds, playing the role of every child in need’s personal Santa with the aid of their thousands of volunteers. In Cabarrus County, the Marine Corps League, Detachment 1175, works towards increasing the holiday happiness for as many children as possible.

Here’s where we come in. For the next three months, our team at Jason Bentley Insurance is joining them in achieving their goal, and you can help us bring smiles to even more children’s faces! When you recommend our agency to your friends, family, and co-workers for a no-obligation quote from us, we’ll donate $10 to Toys for Tots in your name per each recommendation! That’s a lot of joy!

Justice For All

All voices deserve to be heard, yet youths often do not feel secure and cannot speak up for themselves. In communities across the country, children experiencing abuse and neglect are staying silent. The issue is substantial, but just how bad is it? In the United States alone, more than 3 million allegations of child abuse are filed each year — that’s about one report every ten seconds.

Here at the Jason Bentley Agency, we recognize this as a prevalent issue in our community and will dedicate the next three months to join Prevent Child Abuse Rowan (PCAR) in its mission to reduce these cycles of abuse and strengthen public awareness.

As advocates for the resident’s safety and wellness in our community, we are thrilled to be working alongside such an incredible group of people, all working towards the same goal.

There are several ways to get involved with PCAR. Volunteers and donations play a crucial role in helping to meet the physical and emotional needs of neglected and at-risk children. This support and network of resources strive to form meaningful relationships that encourage abuse victims to achieve their goals and transform into self-sufficient individuals.

Ready to take the next step? Recommend your friends, family, and co-workers to receive a no-obligation insurance quote from us, and we’ll donate $20 for each! All funds raised during our Community Cause Campaign will go to the Prevent Child Abuse Rowan (PCAR) organization to support and create a positive change in our community.
